Praising Hands In-Home and/or residential-based respite care services provide a natural residential setting which fosters the supports necessary to achieve a positive lifestyle. The supervised settings support one to one adult or child, and through the use of Essential Life Style Plan, Individual Service Plan, and Risk Management Plan with the following components:

Assist family members in maintaining the consumer at home.
Provide appropriate care and supervision to protect the consumer’s safety in the absence of family members.
Relieve family members from the constantly demanding responsibility of caring for a consumer; and
Attend the consumer’s basic self-help needs and other activities of daily living.
