Minimum Qualifications:

​

  1. Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  2. Be at least 18 years of age.

  3. Have a high school diploma or GED.

  4. Have a current, unexpired CPR and First Aid certification.

  5. Successfully pass a background check and obtain fingerprint clearance through the authorized agency.

  6. Provide three verifiable non-family references, including at least one former employer.

  7. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to the client's home.

  8. Be comfortable using computers and other technology, have an active email address, and have reliable internet access to communicate with families and agency personnel and submit required documentation electronically.
